At the Academy all the equipment is on display for you to use and choose for your business. Our designated bar area provides the ideal facility for you to gain practical hands on experience preparing products and gaining an understanding of the concepts.

Your visit to the Academy will provide a 3hr training programme, covering your requested areas. The training area can accommodate up to 3 people for each session. Each group session costs £145 + Vat. If you require addition items for your session, like lunch etc, please request when booking.

When you decide to go forward with the concept, a Projuice Area Development Manager will visit your site/premises and advise you in the following fields:

• Cost of equipment
• Design of Menus
• Recipes
• Training Schedules
• Branding

Once your concept is completed, Projuice will train you and your colleagues in your premises. This training preparation will ensure your business is launched correctly and successfully.
